Alaska Weather Voices – Episode 4: Reflections

This podcast miniseries focuses on the life and career of Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy (ACCAP)’s climate specialist, Rick Thoman. Each episode focuses on a different component of Rick’s story, spanning from how he arrived in Alaska to reflections on his near 40 years of service delivering tailored weather and climate information to communities. This podcast, hosted by Liz Carter, is made in partnership with Alaska Voices. ACCAP works to build healthy and thriving Alaska communities, economies and ecosystems in a changing climate. ACCAP is housed at the International Arctic Research Center within the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
